Terms of Service
Effective date: 16 September 2026.
1. Provider
These Terms are an agreement between you and KOHA-TECH Sp. z o.o., Nowy Świat 33/13, 00-029 Warszawa, Poland (KRS 0001183713, NIP 5253054129, REGON 542256381), operating the game and website Buffs & Crafts. Contact: [email protected].
By using the website or the game, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer-protection law still applies.
2. The game
Buffs & Crafts is a single-player forging and adventure game. Battles play automatically while you forge, equip, sell, and choose buffs. An Android development build is shared privately for testing. The iOS version has not been released on the App Store. Features may change during development.
The iOS version, when distributed through the App Store, is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement in addition to these Terms.
3. Progress and saves
Progress and your hero’s nickname are stored on your device. There is no KOHA-TECH account and no studio-operated cloud save. In-game backups remain in the app’s local storage. Uninstalling the app, clearing its data, or losing the device can lose both progress and those backups. The Android development build does not enable Android system backup for game data. On iOS, device backups follow your Apple settings.
4. Purchases and virtual items
Current development builds do not complete live In-App Purchases. Mock shop screens in development builds are not an offer to sell. If we later sell optional items or a premium entitlement through Apple, prices will be shown by the App Store, restoration will use Apple’s restore flow, and refunds will follow Apple’s rules and applicable law. Virtual items have no real-world cash value outside the game.
We do not currently offer auto-renewable subscriptions.
5. Acceptable use
You may not cheat in a way that attacks our systems (there is no online gameplay service today), scrape this website abusively, misrepresent official App Store status, or use our marks to imply a partnership we have not agreed in writing.
6. Intellectual property
KOHA-TECH Sp. z o.o. owns the Buffs & Crafts name, characters, lore, UI, and original artwork. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to play the app as permitted by these Terms and, for the iOS version distributed through the App Store, Apple’s terms. Fan art for non-commercial personal use is welcome; do not sell the game’s assets or imply official status.
Some marketing artwork and video may be AI-assisted. That is a transparency note under EU AI Act Art. 50 where it applies; it does not change gameplay data practices.
7. Disclaimer
The game and website are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that every random forge result is an upgrade. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Polish or other mandatory law, including consumer rights.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence. Consumers may use the courts required by those rules. Professional users: courts competent for our registered seat in Warsaw.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version at this URL. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance, except where law requires otherwise.
